Billing and account

Activate Experiencer Pro, manage billing, cancel, understand retained data, download an archive, and close an account.

Activate Pro

Sign in with Google, review the account consent, and choose the Pro subscription action. Stripe Checkout collects payment details. Experiencer does not receive your complete card number or security code.

Pro access begins after Stripe confirms the subscription. If Checkout succeeds but the account still appears inactive, refresh the account state once and use Help → Send feedback if activation does not settle.

Manage billing or cancel

Open the Cloud access or account dialog and choose Manage billing to open Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the period already paid for unless a refund ends it sooner.

The current price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy. Review that policy before making a billing decision.

Data after paid access ends

Local editing and built-in templates remain available. Retained cloud résumés remain available for account archive export and individual deletion, but paid cloud editing, navigable history, custom-template operations, and MCP access become inactive.

Download the cloud archive while signed in. It contains the current portable JSON for retained documents, not separate revision-history files. Reactivating an eligible subscription can restore access to retained paid workflows.

Close an account

Before requesting deletion:

  1. Download the cloud archive.
  2. Open a sample JSON document in the local editor.
  3. Cancel the subscription if it is still active.
  4. Remove any connected MCP grants and temporary review links you no longer need.
  5. Use the Support link below for the account-deletion request.

Account deletion can be irreversible. Some billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or legal records may be retained where required, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
