Experiencer Pro
Terms of Service
Effective August 8, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Experiencer, including the free local editor, Experiencer Pro cloud features, connected services, and temporary review links. By using the service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who operates Experiencer
Experiencer is operated by Vincent La from Arizona, United States. Questions about these Terms may be sent to vincela9@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Experiencer Pro. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account and connected clients secure. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass account, ownership, or subscription controls.
3. The service
The free editor can store resumes in your browser without an Experiencer account. Experiencer Pro adds paid cloud storage, revision history, custom templates, temporary review links, and supported MCP features. Features may change as the service improves. We will not intentionally place your existing cloud export or cancellation controls behind a new payment requirement.
Experiencer is a writing and document-design tool. It does not provide legal, recruiting, immigration, tax, or employment advice and does not guarantee interviews, employment, applicant-tracking-system results, or any other outcome.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the resumes, templates, images, fonts, and other content you provide. You give Experiencer a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, render, back up, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate features you request, protect the service, and comply with law. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention periods.
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use your content. You are responsible for reviewing exported documents and deciding what personal information to include or share.
5. Connected AI services and sharing links
MCP connections and temporary review links act only when you initiate them. A connected client may receive the resume information and permissions described on the consent screen. External AI providers and other clients operate under their own terms and privacy practices; Experiencer does not control how they use information you direct to them.
Anyone possessing an active temporary review link can read its snapshot until the link expires or is revoked. You are responsible for choosing recipients and for revoking a link if it is sent to the wrong person. Do not use these features to disclose another person's confidential information without permission.
6. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Experiencer Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. Current price, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, delivery, and post-cancellation terms are stated in the Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Stripe processes payments; Experiencer does not store complete payment-card numbers.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Experiencer to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- upload malware or content intended to compromise a system or recipient;
- probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or circumvent security or usage limits;
- access resumes, accounts, tokens, links, or data without authorization;
- misrepresent your identity or use the service to deceive or harm others; or
- resell or provide the service itself to third parties without written permission.
8. Third-party services and software
Experiencer relies on third-party services such as Google authentication, Stripe, hosting and rendering providers, and services you choose to connect. Their availability and separate terms may affect particular features. Open-source software and fonts remain governed by their own licenses, identified in the Open-Source and Font Notices.
9. Feedback and intellectual property
You may provide feedback voluntarily. You allow Experiencer to use that feedback without payment or obligation, but this does not transfer ownership of your resume content. Experiencer's branding, Pro-only templates, site design, and non-open-source software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
To report claimed infringement, email vincela9@gmail.com with identification of the work, the material at issue, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. You may cancel billing through Manage billing and may request account deletion through vincela9@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security threats, material breach of these Terms, nonpayment, or discontinuation of the service. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export cloud resumes first.
11. Service disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Experiencer is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, preservation of browser-local data, or compatibility with every employer, browser, file reader, AI client, or applicant-tracking system. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Experiencer and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid for Experiencer Pro during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent the law where you live gives you non-waivable consumer rights. Before filing a formal claim, please contact vincela9@gmail.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law allows you to bring it elsewhere.
14. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email when reasonably practical and will apply prospectively from the stated effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service.
